About Your Extensions
We use 100% real human hair. Unlike your own hair, extensions do not receive nutrients from the root, making external care vital. Using the right products ensures they stay beautiful for longer. We recommend a salon visit every 8 weeks to check their condition. As your natural hair grows, extensions shift down; they must be professionally repositioned and detangled if needed. Please note that this maintenance service requires an additional fee.
Washing Your Hair
- Be careful when washing and avoid tilting your head forward. Always use a shampoo specifically designed for extensions. Apply shampoo and gently massage using only your fingertips. Rinse thoroughly between the extensions to prevent product buildup. Use only extension-safe conditioners on the ends, keeping it away from the scalp as oils can cause slippage. Never brush hair while it is wet. Dry your hair completely to maintain shine and elasticity; never leave it damp.
Brushing and Detangling Guidelines
- Brush your hair thoroughly before showering to make washing easier. Use your fingers to align hair from the scalp to the ends. Never use a brush on wet hair. When brushing, start from the ends and work your way up while holding the mid-section for support. We recommend using a specialized extension brush like the Selective brush for the best results.
At Night
- Tie your hair in a ponytail or braid before going to sleep. Never sleep with wet hair to prevent severe tangling and matting.
Sports and Swimming
- Always tie or braid your hair during exercise or swimming. Be cautious of sulfur-based products or thermal baths as they can damage the wax bonds.
Styling and Finish
- Most styling products are fine, but use oil-based products sparingly near the roots to avoid slippage. We do not recommend coloring or bleaching extensions.
Warranty and Details
Policy
Hair extensions are a natural product, so while we guarantee they are 100% real human hair, we cannot provide a performance warranty. Extensions cannot be returned once used. They are classified as non-remy, remy, or virgin hair. Since hair comes from different individuals, its history varies, and it is impossible to predict exactly how each set will behave. Consequently, some sets may be more resilient than others.
